How to Use

1. Before application, ensure that your chest is clean and free of moisturizers, powders, oils, or perfumes to maintain the adhesive's effectiveness.
2. Carefully remove the protective plastic film from each nipple cover, setting the film aside. Apply the covers one by one, pressing down firmly to secure a strong adhesive bond with the skin.
3. Gently remove each cover after use.

Three-Step Cleaning Process

1. Gently hand wash with warm water; you may include a mild soap if preferred.
2. Allow to air-dry, adhesive side facing upwards.
3. After drying, reapply the protective plastic film to each pastie to safeguard the adhesive.
